She does not kill him, due to the fact she is not a yandere, and she runs to a murmur in a cage. Murmur gives her the goddess yuno's memories. the 3rd world yuno runs to yuki (who looks like the old megami because of his long hair.) and they hug each other. The series doesn't continue after this.
