Yancy's lived in prison and has gotten the title prince of prison he even got a crown. But what happens when Illinois comes into play and Yancy's life before Illinois came his life as prince of prison.

One that is half the size of an average Jaeger and only needs one pilot. when a new pilot and Jaeger are transferred to the Hong Kong shatterdome, Raleigh, Yancy, Chuck, Herc, and Mako all don't really trust the new pilot. That's is, till the newbie takes down two category 3 kaiju, and saves Cherno Alpha and Crimson Typhoon.
