Set in the year 1938, "Eyes On Me" focuses on the story of two high school kids with similar dreams, but completely different lives. Cheri Hart: A spunky, straight-forward, creative, chaotic, sweet & brave 17-year-old girl with a big dream of becoming a songwriter & a singer who's never afraid to fight for what & who she believes in; despite being betrayed by her ex-best friend. Adrien Agreste: A kind-hearted, naive, obedient 18-year-old boy who's known as the top model & son of the famous fashion designer Gabriel Agreste, who is dreaming of being a singer; waiting to tell his story. But there was more to his rich, busy & isolated life behind closed doors. After the loss of his mother, Gabriel became abusive towards his son; resulting in cruel, ruthless beatings & torture every day & night for Adrien. A new day, new bruises, scars & cuts, but a same old thing to cry about; leaving him vulnerable & courage-less to tell anyone. It worsened when he got into a fight with Cheri after blindly agreeing to a deal with his other classmate Marinette Dupain-Cheng; who was unhealthily obsessed with him; resulting in his soul being owned by her. They say that "life could be worse", & for Adrien..........it just did.
