The people of Liyue have learned that the all powerful Rex Lapis is non other then funeral consultant Zhongli. Morax lives in a castle on the mountains alone, watching over his land. He is more lonely then ever without his lovely Harbinger. The Tsaritsa had taken away all the Fatui after she learned who Morax was. That included Tartaglia. Zhongli decides to make a contract with The Tsaritsa. He arrives in Snezhnaya but sees his one and only true love being loyal to an Archon that isn't him. The two Archons finally sign the contract and Zhongli takes Childe. When they arrive back in Liyue, Childe refuses to see Zhongli as his new Archon. He refuses to talk with him, be seen with him, be around him, or see him at all. Zhongli hates this. He hates seeing the one mortal he has ever loved ignoring him. People start disappearing. Some being found dead others not found at all. Zhongli doesn't seem bothered at all. Childe notices a connection to all the victims. When he confronts Zhongli all he is met with is threats to end Teyvat if he doesn't start to love him again. Can Childe save both himself and Teyvat from the Geo Archon or will everyone and everything be sealed away forever? This is a Zhongli x Childe fanfic.
