Is that not the dumbest super villain name ever? It's like, you can shoot lasers out of your eyes and ice out of your fingers and have super speed and you call yourself Ice Prince?! But, each to their own I guess. Well, anyway, the reason that he was so fascinating to me was because he could do pretty much anything with water. One time he evaporated a whole lake. Another time, he started a blizzard in 80 degree weather. Nobody knew if he had a motive or if he just perversely enjoyed going around Nevada wreaking havoc.
