Kingdom of Hakumei was in a fragile state as the King's health deteriorated by days. In the same time, the royal council was tense because of the political intrigue among factions. Shida Family was one of the nobles that support the royal army, along with Nakajima and Chinen Family. Shida Mirai was a young energetic lady who dream to travel the world. Her family had supported her all the time, until the fate interfered. In the middle of her confusion, came the letter from the second prince, offering Mirai a help to escape the arranged marriage. Would the two of them succeed in executing their plan despite so many betrayal surrounding them? Would Mirai be able to fulfill her dreams or give up to the fate? Or would her encounter with the second prince had her reconsidered the meaning of dream and fate? This story would reveal the life journey in which Shida Mirai had to choose between dream and fate while the kingdom of Hakumei struggled to stand as a whole.
