It all began in Keikei City in China with the news that a bio-luminescent was born. After that, "exceptional" individuals began popping up all over the world. The cause was unclear. Time passed and the "exceptional" became the norm and fantasy became reality. At present, 80 percent of the world's population consists of superhumans with special abilities. Hero; a profession that everyone once dreamed about entered the spotlight. However, not all people are born equal and there is still a part of the population without these exceptional abilities. Among the ordinary or those who do have the ability to be a hero still exist the exceptional few who influence the world their own way. This lead to the creation of the nano-machines called Nanites. They were made with the intent of saving mankind by eliminating diseases, ending world hunger and possibly extending a human's lifespan. But it would seem that these mini machines have an even greater effect than just that. It would cause a change, the likes no one has seen before.

There had always been an unreachable feeling whenever it came to Kamryn's goals. For years and years to come, this girl had set maybe a little over 100 goals, yet she was only fortunate enough to accomplish one. And that goal? To be something more than a lousy middle school girl fanning over Sonic The Hedgehog. She was 14 and alone in the world. Of course, Kamryn knew very well that being a hero was probably top 10 most difficult jobs. Especially in a world where evil lurks, taking people at their most vulnerable moments, turning them against the good guys. But, maybe, just maybe she could prevent that. Maybe she could prove herself to her ancestors, parents, and the entirety of Japan that she too can be useful. And she was going to make sure that her name is known.
