UA doesn't send all of Class 1-A to America's top hero academy.
They send five
Handpicked as representatives of Japan's future heroes, the selected students arrive expecting a prestigious exchange program-advanced training, cultural collaboration, and elite mentorship.
What they find instead is a school built on a single belief:
A hero is the one who wins.
At this academy, power determines worth. Students are ranked early, futures are defined clearly, and those without overwhelming strength aren't cast aside-they're prepared for quieter roles, standing behind those destined to stand at the front. Sidekicks are not failures. They are inevitabilities.
And above the rankings, unseen and unnamed, a system ensures the hierarchy never breaks.
Five students. Five philosophies. One Covenant.
As the eight from UA are observed, evaluated, and quietly sorted, their ideals are tested in a world where morality is optional, restraint is inefficient, and victory is the only proof that matters.
Some will adapt.
Some will resist.
Some will be offered more than they ever expected.
Because here, heroes aren't trained equally.
They're chosen.
