Kayla is an outcast, living her life isolated, outside of the town with her mother. She finds only one friend in the hateful town, who actually accepts her for who she is. She soon discovers the reason why the town hates her, what makes her different from the other townspeople, and what she has to do to make the killing stop. The only trouble being that she has a sorceress standing in her path, wishing the girl would give up the search. Who is this sorceress? And how will she overcome the obstacles thrown at her?
