Where two souls meet !!

Vrindavan, once echoing with laughter and the melody of Krishna's flute, now lies in a hush, as if nature itself mourns the moment. At the threshold of their humble home, Krishna stands with his elder brother Balram, poised to leave behind his childhood and embrace a destiny far greater. Before him stands Yashoda, her heart breaking, her hands trembling as she clings to the boy she raised with boundless love. Though not her son by birth, he is the soul of her being, the light of her life. And now, he is leaving. Krishna, the divine child who once danced beneath the moon and stole butter with a smile, cannot bear to see his mother weep. For all his wisdom, in this moment, he is just a son - torn between love and duty, between the comfort of her arms and the call of fate. This is my first book. Hope you enjoy it. The cover is a picture taken from google. This book describes a few incidents of Lord Krishna's childhood. It can be used to give a background of his life to the children. Like some of the demon and demoness, how he defeated them, how he showed people the light of life, etc. The light of life is happiness and one would achieve that happiness by being devoted to god. Some people may not believe in god but, I, personally, think that our mind is our god. We learn to protect and help ourselves, our mind/god protect and help us.

What happened to Yashoda after Krishna left for Mathura? This question has often haunted me. While the scriptures do not mention of their meeting again I cannot believe he would just leave her and never look back. There must be some way in which he kept in touch. This one shot is my attempt to understand their story.
