Hiyori has been having a hard time in her life. Her friends leave her one after another, her parents always yell at her, call her useless and tell her she can't do anything right, people at school bully her. Her life is too painful, she has reached her limit, she can't take it anymore, she has lost hope. So . . . they're dead, huh? That isn't possible. That isn't true. When I open my eyes on the count of three, I'll be in the top floor of Daikoku and Kofuku's shrine, with Yukine right beside me. The night light will still be on, because if I don't leave it on Yukine'll be scared. In the morning, Hiyori will stop by and she'll probably bring us something before she goes to school. Yeah, that's it. I'm dreaming. It'll happen when I open my eyes . . . on the count of three. 1 . . . 2 . . . 3 . . . Open.

*It's a fragrant night...* The smell was sweet and flowery, something so familiar. I gently sat up, vowels forming on my lips as I breathed out nothingness, trying to remember. The breeze blowing the soft petals around me. "To..." It came out soft before it hit me. *My lips remember.* " ...Yato." There he was now. A figure of warmth and familiarity, a smell of sweetness and security, sitting right above me in his usual tracksuit and scarf. " Yato...!" His silvery blue eyes widened as they met mine. It was him. This story takes place at the end of book 27 of Noragami. There are spoilers, of course, so be warned! It is a Yatori fic, but it'll stay fluffy, so don't expect anything lewd! I hope you're ready for this!

shift sans and carrot meet three normal looking humans, or unnatural beings, such as a god, regalia and a half phantom girl. them having to go to school with people they hardly know, let alone know anything about the world they're in. having to fight back phantoms and other god like beings at times. but will they survive there in this unknown place?

Hiyori is starting to feel attracted to yato, her face gets hot and red when he's near her, butterflies in her stomach when he approaches her, and even gets jealous when he hangs out with bishmon or kofuku. Yep, she's got a crush...
