She never expected to find a second home, a group of friends who felt like family, or a boy who would make her question everything she thought she wanted. Benny Rodrigues wasn't part of the plan. Neither was falling in love. But with summer running out and reality waiting back home, Sasha has to decide if some goodbyes are meant to happen, or if some people are worth fighting for.

So when the most annoying and arrogant of them all befriends her equally annoying brother her perfect life is smudged by the all the dirt on the bottom of his disgusting P.F. Flyers. And she really doesn't like it. When the two of them meet for the first time sparks fly, but not the good kind, their sparks are the kind you get when metal scrapes against stone. Fiery and forceful. Will they be able to put their differences aside over time as they're forced to spend more and more time together or are they doomed to hate each other forever?

A group of girls, who all like playing baseball, teamed up and decided to play together. When they started playing at the sandlot, they all agreed it would be their everyday playing spot. There was just one problem with that.. there was already a team playing there. Once both teams met up at the sandlot at the same time and ended up budding heads, what did they do the resolve the problem? And how close would they end up getting over the summer?
