The Heroes Legion discover that the original bad guy team "The Made-Men" have escaped, with Spellbinder, Blind Lure and Shock Jock joining their ranks. The villainous teens are back, and this time they are playing for keeps. But the Heroes Legion have more on their plate to handle when General Arcane is left in a coma, and his temporary replacement isn't a fan of the Heroes Legion and wants them benched and not allowed to help with the crisis.
