Love gives one the power to climb mountains, yet love is what makes one the most vulnerable. He tried to run away from his mother and from Naina- all the while bearing the brunt of the pain of loneliness deep down. But does love give up so easily? How would Naina react once she finds out the truth? Even if Sameer proclaims he's moved on from her, her heart knows he's lying. How would Naina and their friends instill sense back into Sameer, and quash his ridiculous beliefs of being unlucky. Would Naina be able to make him realize he's the luckiest thing that happened to her? Laced with sadness, anxiety, humour, find out how Sameer and Naina climb out of this hurdle in their love story.

This is purely a work of my imagination. Though I'm not really a shipper, but I'm really drawn to the scintillating chemistry they share on screen! This OS was a request from one of my fellow readers! Hope you all enjoy it! Synopsis: What if Randeep Rai and Ashi Singh, the leads for the popular show 'Yeh Un Dinon ki Baat Hai', find out that while acting their part to perfection, they somehow became the Sameer and Naina of the show too. Is this feeling mutual or only one-sided? Should they confess it to the other and risk their career, or listen to their hearts- which now beat for the other?

The story is based on the show Yeh Un Dinon Ki Baat Hai. The show is set in the early 1990s when technology has not yet made it advances in the Indian peninsula. The OS captures the beautiful journey of two strangers Sameer and Naina who meet during an overnight train journey and develop and instan liking for each other. As the journey progresses, they open up to each other and share some wonderful conversation together. Through this story I want to tap the enigma called destiny which makes unimmaginable things possible. The characters of my story are exactly the same as the show's protagonists. This is my first attempt at writing and I dedicate this SS to my friends who encouraged me to write something on Samaina.

One of the famous instances in the show was when Naina heard a new guy in school, singing this song in the canteen. Gripped by a desire to bag Juliet's role in the school drama, she embarks upon a quest to unearth the meaning of this song, by asking her friends and acquaintances. Her aunt though overhears her and overcome with rage, slaps her then and there. Poor Naina is still in the dark, but since then, has not been able to muster the courage to ask the meaning of the lyrics to anyone. Till that monsoon evening tea with her boyfriend- Sameer Maheshwari. The same guy who'd been singing the song that day itself. As the radio croons the song yet again, Sameer spurts out his tea, as he discovers Naina doesn't understand those lyrics. How would Sameer make his innocent girlfriend understand the sensual meaning of this song, considering he hasn't even gathered the courage to hold her in his arms as yet?

Jealousy is as much a part and parcel of love as any other emotion. Naina trusts Sameer more than her own life, but does she trust the other women surrounding him? How would Naina react when she finds out that a hottie has been trying to lure her Sameer? A quarrel ensues in the middle of Himalayas, enroute to a college picnic to the famous hillstation of Manali. Would this fight turn into a Bollywood style, romantic adventure for Sameer and Naina?
