STORYLINE This story is fictional and a rendition of a very popular television show 'Yeh Hain Mohabbatain'. . . Post Script : Some base points are picked from the show itself. Any specific road, building, hotel name will not be mentioned, only a few which appeared in the show.

Raman and Ishita got married for the sake of Ruhi's custody. It's been a few months since their wedding and they have settled into a daily routine. Sharing a bed with someone that you barely speak with is uncomfortable and awkward. To say that their relationship is hostile is an understatement. Will they find love? Well only time will tell.......

This story begins from the scene when Raman sings a song to calm Shagun down and Ishita heard it.

Based on the show Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, this story ( a 3 shot) is about Ishita and Raman who are caught up in their respective crazy work schedules, but still manage to steal some precious moments of togetherness. The basic story line and characters remain the same, except that this one is set sometime after the closure of Ishita's mother's accident track. Also, Ishita and Raman here have already reconciled their differences and consummated their marriage. Please note that dialogues have been written mostly in Hindi .

I to herself : raman ne bilkul sahi kaha.. main maa banne ke layak nhi hu.. jab main uss bachi ko nhi bacha payi jisne muje maa kaha sabse pehle.. jiski main maa bani ... jisko maine dokha diya aur usse kisi aur ke hawale karke usse kho diya.. kho diya usse hamesha ke liye.. aur jab ruhi hi nhi rahi toh main reh kar kya karungi iss duniya main.. ab jinne ka kya matlb.. ruhi main tumhare paas aa rhi hu.. tumhari ishima ne tumhe dhokha diya... agr tum nhi toh kuch bhi nhi.. akhir muje jo kuch mila tumse hi mila.. tumne muje raman se joda.. toh ab jab tum nhi raman nhi toh main bhi nhi... This is something which came to me because I want to explore Raman being heartbroken at the plight of his little girl. Also how as parents you can't be perfect cos at the end of the day you are still human. A daughter is the most beautiful gift of love, she makes you a better person, a better parent maybe because when a son fails to even see reason, she understands even your unsaid, unspoken thoughts and emotions. The Ishita in my head wouldnt let me be at peace until and unless I wrote this. Dedicated to the gorgeous, flawless Divyanka Tripathi for that brilliant portrayal of a blushing, almost teenage-like Ishita realizing the change in the way she now perceives her Raavan Kumar and hoping that pretty soon he too has such a moment of awe-struck realization and wonder. *Sigh* I am falling in love with the way these two are falling for each other. Day Dreaming Once again a song inspires me - Pareshan - one of my favorites which I think would suit IshRa to the T especially because of the lines - Zara zara kaanton se lagne laga dil mera and Khare bhi meethe hai. NOT PROOFREAD

An overthinking fan's flight of fancy takes off, as she imagines what could have followed the conversation between IshRa once she told Raman she's never leaving him, his paralysis and his anger be damned.
