This is a one-shot based on a theory I heard about Batman telltale: The enemy within. Basically, it states that John killed his therapist, doctor Leland, before escaping Arkham asylum, but due to his delusional state of mind he blocks out this memory.

A girl named Maratha and she has a not to good life. Her mom wishes she had an abortion when she found out she was pregnant with Maratha. Her brother and sister don't make it easy on her either they get her in trouble almost everyday. So that was the story of Maratha's life almost everyday. Until an unexpected turn is so come.

The teachers at UA supply free therapy sessions for students who were affected most by the war, but something isn't right... As we focus on Izuku Midoriya, AKA Deku, we go through how the war has affected and how he deals with the memories and nightmares of those he loved, getting hurt. And as we dive deeper into the rough, brave Katsuki Bakugo, AKA Kacchan, we see how gentle and miserable he is. We discover a big secret that he has been hiding for quite some time, one that not even Izuku knows. What path shall these two teenagers take before evil unravels, causing distress and destruction to face the world once more. Will they work through their differences? Or are they doomed to a life-long relationship of rivalry? FYI. This is not yet complete.
