His complaining to the higher angels clearly doesn't work and unfortunately for him- he has to watch over you 24/7 or else he'll be forced to speak up to God, which only 1 fallen angel has done. Opting to take the risk, what happens when he literally makes himself clear that he's right beside you for eternity? What happens when you get twisted up in the matters of love alongside him?
