This was the view she was raised on. She had long ago convinced herself that this was her fate. That she couldn't do anything to change whatever this was. It wasn't like she's ever tried, but that's only because this was HER normal. So why try change the only constant in your life, even if that constant wasn't necessarily a positive.

Before we begin I would like to mention a few things.. First off, I would never call myself a poet. I am purely a lover of poetry. I've always had an interest in poetry and I enjoy reading and writing it. Although, I would never lie to you and say that I am the best at it. Anyway, This story is simply a compilation of freestyle poetry, my own works, and other poets' work that I love and admire. (*Disclaimer: I am not trying to steal other people's' work, I just want to share it with you because I admire them.) Enjoy. ♡

Hey! So I just finished reading this story named "Every last word". It's a really amazing book with a plot twist that absolutely blew me away. I definetly recomend it! Anyways, the plot of the book is centered around this room called the poet's corner, where the protagonist amongst other poets read and share their poetry and other works. So yeah! This is just basically gonna be a bunch of short poems. Enjoy!
