When the Young Justice team was formed, well, they both joined.

He flirts with every girl he sees but it never successful with Artemis. She was different, and that intrigued him. She always has a retort to put him back in his place, especially with his cheesy pick-up lines that . She always seems so uninterested when it comes to Wally, but as we all know, looks can be deceiving.
