Anyone who has had to recover from a serious injury will understand the importance of finding humor in what is usually a pretty difficult and trying time. I wrote this piece just for fun and will continue to edit it over the next few weeks. It reflects on one of my more humorous memories of my long road to recovery after a traumatic brain injury - the moment I was cleared to return to physical activity.
