Christmas is a time of warmth, comfort, and family gatherings, when homes are filled with laughter and the scents of festive treats, while the cold streets remain almost deserted. Yet, not everyone finds joy and peace during this holiday. Oliver, a twelve-year-old orphan living in a damp, dreary cellar, can only watch the festivities from afar. He has no family, no friends - only a small goldfinch named James, the sole ray of light in his bleak life, who never leaves his side. Despite his solitary existence, even children like Oliver dream of miracles at Christmas. On this cold evening, driven by hunger and hope, the boy ventures out from his hiding place and into the streets of his city. He is searching not only for food but also for a fragment of warmth that he so desperately lacks. Will he find this cherished miracle, or will he be met with even greater coldness from the world around him? His Christmas story will tell about it... "I hear! I can't be.." Piko trailed off, no doubt at loss for another word. "I get it, but can't make them get me." "Ah, got it," Oliver laughed softly, but screeched when Piko flicked his tail and scattered countless droplets onto Oliver. "I'll learn," Piko rolled his eyes. "How? You can't get up and walk to a library," Oliver replied somewhat condescendingly, smirking and crossing his arms in the same moody manner Piko had. "Actually," Piko scoffed matter-of-factly and began to drag himself out of the water, "you're wrong."

After waking up one morning, Yohio is given the most shocking news he could've expected: that his father, Al, has been cheating on Ann- his mother. Once Ann evicts her supposedly cheating husband out of the house, he seeks comfort in his best friend and next door neighbor Kitsune. After a brief conversation, they decide to start looking into the matter farther. That's when some cracks begin to show in this supposed "news".

This story takes place in the future when the Vocaloids Flower, Piko, Oliver and Fukase are grown and have families of their own. But, they recall what happened when they first met. Flower and Piko are together, and Oliver and Fukase are the cutest couple! But, some of these memories may put a toll on some of their relationships. Memories can be sour, but they are still precious no matter what!

I want to get my headcannons out instead of keeping them in my head. Updates may not be very often, but we'll see.
