After the defeat of the evil time traveler Paradox, and saving Duel Monsters, Jaden was ready to return to his time period. However what was meant to be the way home instead sends him to a different dimension entirely. There he finds out that this dimension has Fusion, Synchro and another summoning method he's never heard of, Xyz, and a new one that was just invented, that being Pendulum summoning. In this new world he'll make new friends and find love. However little did he know, that there is a Dimensional War coming to the standard dimension, and Jaden will have to protect Yuzu, Lulu, Celina and Rin from both Duel Academia and Leo Akaba, and he must stop the return of Zarc. And plus a different threat also emerging as well.

I'm just a normal guy who lives a normal life, practicing to be a boxer, starting college, you know the usual stuff for a 19 year old orphan who lost his old man. But I never thought I would ever end up being chosen by Ray Akaba from Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V, to go to her universe, reborn as Alito from Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal to save all four dimensions from both her father Leo Akaba and the evil demon Zarc, and to protect Rin, one of her fragments from the Synchro dimension.
