Two years have passed since Chappie, Deon and Ninja have repaired Yolandi and all went in hiding to avoid Michelle Bradley, CEO of Tetravaal where Chappie was first built. But when something mysterious happens, all of Jericho holds its breath hearing about sightings of a new and dangerous robot in town, the one and only Metal Sonic himself. Michelle hires Metal to be an agent of Tetravaal and orders him to gain Chappie's trust to find out his weakness and destroy him once and for all.
