Terlahir sebagai bagian dari salah satu keluarga chaebol paling berpengaruh di Korea Selatan, Im Yoona memilih menjalani hidup yang tidak ditentukan oleh privilege, melainkan oleh kerja kerasnya sendiri. Di balik ketenangan dan kepercayaan dirinya, tersimpan masa lalu yang belum pernah ia hadapi sepenuhnya-terutama tentang cinta pertama yang ia simpan selama masa kuliah. Setelah lulus, Yoona meninggalkan Korea dan memulai hidup baru di Thailand, membangun kehidupan sederhana sebagai pemilik sebuah bengkel. Jauh dari nama besar keluarga dan tuntutan sosial, ia akhirnya merasakan kebebasan-hingga sebuah reuni kampus yang tak terduga memaksanya kembali berhadapan dengan semua hal yang dulu ia tinggalkan tanpa kata. Di sana, Yoona kembali bertemu dengan pria dari masa lalunya dan pria lain yang diam-diam mencintainya, membuka kembali kenangan, penyesalan, dan perasaan yang selama ini ia kira telah terkubur. Saat masa lalu dan masa kini saling bertabrakan, Yoona harus menentukan apakah perasaan yang belum selesai layak diberi kesempatan kedua-atau apakah beberapa kisah cinta memang ditakdirkan untuk tetap tak terucap.
