When the line between reality and dream blur away, as both become one, and Mugen, prepared one final thing when he died: turning the world upside-down with something he found... The 'Storm'. It sent the agents away with Baku where the Timekeeper, known as Vertin, is. Together with team Vertin, Baku will learns more through each eras he went through, as well as comin closer to eventually get out of this world and returns to where he's originally was. But for now, he will become the dream agent to help Vertin in her journey through the 'Storm'.
