Willow Thistle returns to the Mushroom Kingdom in an all-new intergalactic adventure when the Koopas strike back and steal the precious power of the cosmos from the home of the starchildren, who are watched over by a kind and gentle space princess who shares an uncanny resemblance to Willow. Bowser has been broken out of captivity by his dangerously-yet-rambunctious son, Bowser Jr., Peach's castle has been stolen, and now everyone's reality has been turned upside down! Summoned back to help the Mario Brothers recover the stolen Star Power, Willow and the gang, along with an infant starchild, an adorable Yoshi, and a lost space rogue, must journey far across numerous galaxies to the center of their known universe to put a stop to the rise of Bowser's intergalactic empire before it can take root and destroy everything that they hold dear. Book One of Season 1 of The Retold Smash Universe Mario and Luigi have always been the Mario Brothers, and that soon changed into the Super Mario Crew once they found the Mushroom Kingdom. During the course of their two years of being heroes, they found love in princesses Peach and Daisy, trust in their friends--Toad, Prince Rohan, and Yoshi--, and recognition in the Mushroom Kingdom. However, they did manage to get enemies over the years with Bowser and his Koopa Army, but Mario and his gang were always able to push the monsters away. Today is Peach's birthday, and the lovely space goddess Rosalina is returning to Earth like she has every hundred years. But Bowser once again crashes the party and kidnaps Rosalina, planning to use her power to fuel his army. Mario attempted to save her, but the temporal power accidentally scattered Bowser's forces across the Mushroom Kingdom and the Human World. Can the Mario Crew save both worlds in time???
