He left first. Or at least, that's how Amelia remembers it. But when he reappears years later - calm and unreadable - the past doesn't stay buried. Some people don't leave. They just wait.

what do you do when the one thing you did right, was him. what do you do when he was the only good thing in your life. when he made you forget what hating yourself felt like. when his smile could instantly make you forget about the bad day you were having. when he made being sad seem okay as long as he was there to go through it with you. what do you do when he made you feel all these beautiful things you thought were only found in fairy tales, then one morning decides that you're not what he wants anymore and leaves you wondering why your best wasnt enough?

My story

So a few years ago a boy broke my heart and i became really sad because he was my first love and all and he took everything away from me but as the years went by i realized who i was and that pain can only define us and make us stronger

Best friend is someone you talk to, share everything to, a shoulder to cry to and someone you can be weird with. They can be your soulmate and stays long with you. They came in your life as a friend then best friend, someone who you're closer to than normal friends.
