I too, am traumatized and searching for closure, so Here is where I'm writing to you things I need said to me. Call me mom, dad, papa, renny, mama, daddy or mommy (non-sexualized) really whatever, if you want/need to call someone that I'm your person. I love you, they made their choices it's not your fault.

This poem is mainly about my morning anxiety, waking up to pure dread and being unable to sleep as my mind is constantly battling negative thoughts, before realising to live in the present moment where everything is in fact calm. I know this poem is very short but that is my writing style! Also note this is my first time on wattpad so I'm not familiar with writing poems on here! Thank you for reading
