The short story Wishes We Make shows many bonding moments between the two, as well as demonstrating the pure anxiety and torture that goes through Amy's mind as she tries to live a normal social life. This story was created to help me vent about my own anxiety and health based off a dream. Also it's there for those good moments where you either cringe or ship the characters. ^-^ ~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~•~ This entire book is made from a dream I had. This short story is also dedicated to @nolanaurio2556 for helping me decipher my intense dream and for being my Zander. (Cheesy, I know 👌)

Before he can say anything else I jump up from the ground and start to sprint. I run successfully for a half a second when a hand grips my waist. Everything happens so fast and the next thing I know I am thrown over his shoulder Shrek style. I respond with a shriek. "What are you doing?!" I scream angrily. He responds calmly, "I gave you a choice." I punch his shoulders, "I hate you! I can't believe I ever thought you were attractive! You are psycho!" *** Even though she is surrounded she had always felt inexplicably lonely. She had always craved something, but she didn't know what it was. Slate was the same way. But he never believed that some girl could fill whatever hole was empty. Especially not a mortal girl. It never crossed his mind that it would be this girl that would mess everything up for him either. This isn't your stereotypical paranormal.

here's the thing about a girl with a good heart, you wonder why she's so sensitive. you wonder why she's so caring. you wonder why she's so willing to give so much of herself with no expectation of anything in return. it's because she doesn't make you work hard for the attention she gives you. it's because she excepts the love she thinks she's earned and you accept the love you think you're entitled to. it's because she accepts the apologies you don't mean, she forgives the mistakes you didn't learn from, and she forgets the misery you don't stop bringing. because of her good heart, she's making excuses for you when you hurt her, she's truly looking past how cruel of a person you truly are, and she's been ignoring the idea of leaving you because she's not the type of girl to give up on you. she trusted you too easily, she got attached too quickly, and she fell for you too soon and she knows this, but it's not like she can help it. she just has that good of a heart to be able to see the good in you and not let your imperfections determine whether or not you're good enough for her. it also makes her believe that you also have a good heart and you're capable of meeting every expectation she has because she would do the same for you. but let me tell you something, okay? here's what you should be afraid of. you should be afraid of the day that a good heart gives up on you because when that happens, then you've truly lost something valuable, and by then, it'll be a little too late for sorrys and regrets. lowercase intended; enjoy.

He looked just like he had in the cafeteria the day before. Eden raised an eyebrow from behind her thick glasses, as if waiting for his response. Neither one of them spoke, so she sighed and turned her back on the hopeful jock and started to walk back towards the party. "Teach me then," Harvey finally begged, making Eden turn back around to him. He wasn't quite meeting her eyes when he spoke, and a hint of red was crawling up his neck. "What?" Eden asked with a confused expression. It was obvious that she didn't understand a word this boy was saying. Harvey let out a deep breath and repeated himself in a clear voice.
