This is a lgbtq story about two boys, Xander and Jayden, finding out about their sexuality's and their emotions towards each other. It all starts when they get seated together on the school bus for year 11's and Jayden falls asleep. Xander and Jayden face a series of struggles in their relationship, other people, and with themselves as individual people.

Terra blinked. "Is this your way of proposing to me?" "Would you say yes if it was?" Kai countered, looking like he was only half joking. Terra smiled and gazed at the building behind her. The two of them sat on the steps of the school. The spring dance music could only be heard if you were trying to hear it. Terra thought about his question, hard. Even though she didn't need to. "Yeah," she said, grinning like an idiot. "I guess I would."

Hoping for love doesn't come that easily. It can sometimes lead to a mental break down in your bedroom cause you feel like theres no-one out there for you but then again it could lead to something beautiful. This story is set on the sunny coast of Australia, Gold Coast. Where heading to the beach is just down the road. June believes in love but not for herself. She is almost 18, yet still has never had a boyfriend, let alone her first kiss. She hopes that there is someone out there who will love her but she doesn't see the likely hood of it. A new boy moves to her school and she swears she has seen or met him before. He seems to drop hints that he knows her too but maybe thats just what her mind wants to hear through his words. Maybe he will show her that she can be loved more than a motherly or fatherly love can do.
