He dated Lara, and cheated on her a few times with Mara, but he always felt that his platonic friendship with Kara was the best of them. So she was his best friend, and they were his girlfriends. Fast-forward six years. Den became a successful musician. Mara was dead and Lara had dumped him. But Kara was the only one who had stuck with him through the years, and he had left her to pursue his dream. So now he was coming back for her.
