Erin and Ryan return to Ryan's hometown of Haddonfield, Illinois safely as Ryan is put in the hospital and Erin is given a house nearby to keep watch. But soon she finds out that the Myers house holds a dark secret. It's previous owners' son went on a murderous rampage, killing his older sister and stepfather before escaping an asylum twenty years later and continuing his rampage over the next 30 years. After that, everyone thought he was dead. But Erin soon finds out they're wrong, and realizes she's about to pay the price for staying in Michael's old house. But she then decides she's not gonna give up that easily, and what ensues is a bloody fight to the death.

(This story is a crossover between the killers from the movie "You're Next" and the killers from "The Strangers". With Ryan and his friends caught in a murderous battle between 6 very dangerous assailants, there's not much they can do but pray for the night to end. But in a hellish situation like this, they soon learn praying does no good.
