I'm writing this in hopes that it helps someone who is going through something similar or has had a similar experience. In this book, some chapters may be long some may be short. It's going to talk about my experience with marriage, a relationship that followed after I separated from the ex husband, and a major event in 2024 that not only turned everything upside down, but opened my eyes and mind up to things I knew were there, but didn't think to much of. Some chapters will be long or short. This is a small book, nothing major it will only contain seven chapters.

For when you feel like there's no one out there who understands you and you just need something to help you get through the day. It might not be much, but it's something to help make the days seem less...shitty. At least that's what I hope it ends up meaning to you. So, here you go :)

This book is full of Quotes&Poems For Self-harmers or Non Self-harmers. I'm making this book for all the self-harmers, or non self-harmers, to help and make you see to not pick up the blade or object, to try and stop self-harming. Or if you were about to pick up a blade, don't do it. Cutting is addictive, and it's very hard to stop. We shouldn't be hurting our bodies because of what people say or think about us. I know how bad self-harming can be, because I'm currently trying to stop at the evil addiction. I know it can be hard but you must know one thing; You can do this, you can be stronger than the evil voices inside of your head. You can be strong and defeat it, no matter how long it takes you. Always remember that you can be stronger and fight of this addiction, all you have to do is try.
