Here is some techniques to help: •Drawing where you want to cut-- It really does help. It distracts you and takes your mind off if self harm •Listen to music-- Music is relaxing and it honestly does save lives. •Talk to a loved one-- If you are talking to a friend or a loved one it may take your mind off if depression/cutting •Go out somewhere-- Going out somewhere and doing a fun activity will help. •Do anything you love-- Doing something you enjoy will take your mind off of harm. Just some poems about my recovery.

Nina is a girl with many troubles in her life, a manipulative mother, a father who doesn't know how to look after her and friends who turned their backs on her when she needed them the most. From a young age Nina has been different, but with the help of her 3 best friends she found a way to power through her life and start searching for her happy ending.

For when you feel like there's no one out there who understands you and you just need something to help you get through the day. It might not be much, but it's something to help make the days seem less...shitty. At least that's what I hope it ends up meaning to you. So, here you go :)

Girls are judged daily by their facail features (beauty), their weight, their beliefs, their clothes, they are judged by almost everything. The sad truth is that some comments made by what women look like and what they believe, can sometimes lead them to have depression and constantly think that they are not enough and that they must change to fit into the unrealistic mold society has created. Hopefully this book can shed some light on this situation.
