Five years had already passed since Kaori died. Arima Kousei is now a successful pianist who studies music and plays piano in the United States along with his piano mentor, Seto Hiroko and father, Arima Takahiko. He also plays his piano in so many music recitals and concerts until he became a huge Japanese Star in the US but in the midst of his success in Entertainment Industry, he suddenly gets a deadly disease. How will he cope up with living after he learns that he is diagnosed with Brain Cancer? Will he be able to survive? *Tsubaki x Kousei *Warning: Lots of OCs. Mostly, medical personnel.

Kosei Arima wasn't sure of his plans for high school. After Kaori passed away Kousei thought his life would go back to being monotone, but every spring is still just a colorful as the first one he met her. Kousei is 19 and is now known as a world wide piano prodigy, but he's the only one who knows why his playing has reached new heights, it's because every time he plays he remembers her.
