This book is to try help people that go through a hard time. Such like being sad, loosing someone you love, Or even something that makes you worry. I hope you like this book that I personally made. The thing that helped me make this is the feeling of sadness. When I was 13 I lost my dad due to stage 4 lung cancer. To this day I have not got over it. I think people should be able to express their feelings, You ARE allowed to cry, be sad , be happy , be mad or any other emotions your feeling. If your angry just breathe and don't take your anger out on others. :) x ~starstableizzy

Read when you need to be okay again, not good again but okay. Just know that it's okay to not be good. This is the book that let's you know that it's okay love.
