This book is to try help people that go through a hard time. Such like being sad, loosing someone you love, Or even something that makes you worry. I hope you like this book that I personally made. The thing that helped me make this is the feeling of sadness. When I was 13 I lost my dad due to stage 4 lung cancer. To this day I have not got over it. I think people should be able to express their feelings, You ARE allowed to cry, be sad , be happy , be mad or any other emotions your feeling. If your angry just breathe and don't take your anger out on others. :) x ~starstableizzy
