Death is the ultimate restfulness. There is no poverty, there is no hunger (because the maggots are eating you, you're not eating them), and finally- there is peace. Death is like, the ultimate vacation. But in a world where everyone's dead, life tries to bite back. When people start reverse- rotting, there's only one explanation; they're being brought back to life. As desperate souls try to cling to death they search for whatever or whoever thinks life is any better.
