"Light up my Shadows" takes place in a world where mental disorders haunt you; literally. Mental disorders, fears and strong emotions have almost-human forms. Positive emotions are called 'Lights' and all the negative stuff are called 'Shadows'. They follow their host around, and only their host can see them and talk to them. Most people have 1-2 shadows, but Connor Murphy isn't most people; he has six Shadows, which is both rare and dangerous. Worst part is that he doesn't have a Light to help him. That is until he's assigned a certain boy as a partner for a school project A boy in a blue polo shirt and kaki pants. A boy who broke his arm by falling out of a tree. A boy who has just has many Shadows following him as Connor does- if not more. So this is an AU we came up with and no one dies. The AU will be explained throughout the story. It's a tree bros fic (so all the gay). It will also be angsty but it will have a happy ending. There will also be a lot of cussing so yeah.

Elizabeth Murphy is the middle child in the Murphy Family. Of course the middle child is always known for being the "forgotten one." And in her family it is true. Her parents constantly give attention to the youngest, Zoe Murphy, and when they are not doing that they're scolding her "pot head" brother Connor. Whom is the only one who acknowledges Elizabeth. In Elizabeth's opinion Connor is her favorite. Probably because she was the only one Connor was nice to and actually listened to. But what happens when in their senior year her life comes tumbling down. How you ask? Well she gains anorexia, an eating disorder, and all because she loses her favorite sibling. And at this point she is the new "freak" of the school. But when she meets Evan Hansen her life seems to take a sudden turn. But will she hit another dead end? Will Evan keep taking the wrong turn in this maze of drama and lose? A/N- so this will still have the musical numbers in them. I'll be adding stuff in the songs. Not major changes but small minor ones. Ok also I don't own the music and musical in general. I just own Elizabeth and her backstory. Also expect some references to Heathers, Hamilton, Mean Girls, Chicago, and to my other book Believer. The plot of the story was never specified so I'm placing it in queens and eventually this Elizabeth will meet Winter. But that's later. When this is done I will specify to you guys if there will be a sequel. THANK YOU!! And ENJOY!!

As Petria is swept up into a relationship with the school's Badminton captain, Clarke "SuperNurse" Torelli (who is best friends with Darrin "The Hot One" Noakes), she holds a new grasp on life she never had before. She feels special all of a sudden. But that grasp begins to slip as her 'semi-anorexia' becomes less 'semi', Klaer's bullying doesn't cease and her mother becomes unfamiliar... Petria, Mianna, Clarke and Darrin must stick together to hold each other up and escape the shackles of bullying. Just another book on my thoughts and life, but I'm going to put more serious stuff in here. And probably a lot of helpful musical quotes for all of our lives that we can all learn from. I decided to write a story from the perspective of Connor and Evan from Dear Evan Hansen. I'm going to attempt to rewrite the musical but if Connor had lived and if he and Evan were actually friends. Story about not so forgotten scars between two friennds from the past. However the past comes back to our and Amy's everyday life more than we would like it to In this very short story you will get to know how our main character feels about tricky situations with friendships and being left alone.

"The titular character, Evie Hansen, is a high school senior with severe social anxiety, which inhibits her ability to connect with other people and make friends. After the death of one of her classmates, she fabricates a lie that inadvertently brings her closer to the classmate's family, while also allowing her to gain her own sense of purpose." Based on the original Broadway score and script, featuring a female version of Evan and Connor, and a male version of Zoe to shake things up. All descriptions other than the dialog is my own.

Evan Hansen was fine with his life. His sucky, horrible, anxious, life, but his life all the same. but then it gets... unpredictable. Will he still love his life, or even want to keep living it at all? She now spends her time holed up in her room, refusing to eat more than one meal a day, painting dark portraits of death and blood and gore, listening to her radio and songs from musicals, and crying. She knows she needs help but she doesn't know how to ask for it without making herself vulnerable. But how will she live her life to the fullest without being vulnerable at least once? (Sorry about the name I know it's part of my name but I couldn't think of anything I've used too many)

heidi thought it would be a good idea for evan to download an app where you talk to total strangers. evan sets up an account. he happens to find connor, but doesn't know it. they end up becoming really close friends, but at school, they, like, hate each other. i wonder if they're ever going to meet in real life. ◇art on cover by hachibeans◇
