A poem that will reminds you that when the clock is at 00:00 the time resets into a brand new day and it will be better. This is made from one of the songs of my fave kpop band (BTS).

She never tells anyone who she really is or how she really feels. She puts her wall up and never puts it down.

When you go through depression it's as of no can truly understand you. As one who is suffering, here is a few words with some texts to my best friend added in. When trying to explain what I was going through, a lot of my texts were sent right in the midst of one of my downfalls. Here is what I relate and how I put what I feel into words when suffering an urge of depression.

Delphine is a Freshman. Gladio is a Senior. Gladio is okay and more. He's popular with ladies and men alike. He's the captain of the football team and has been offered more scholarships than he can counts for his talents. He has everything but he sees her walk by him through the halls every day, and he can see that she is not okay. Yet, why does she always smile and say she is? It doesn't make sense. Delphine doesn't know what the definition of okay is. She knows that she has talent, but not for anything involving math or science. She's labeled as a "failure" because she doesn't do well in her classes. She knows that most of the teachers think she'll end up dependent on her parents and won't go to college. She wants to prove everyone wrong, but when people ask her if she needs help; the only thing that comes out is "I'm okay, don't worry." When a chance meeting happens between Delphine and Gladio in the library they both realize what they need. What only both of them can give each other. *Warning in advance!* *This will have triggers of mental illness along the lines of: - Depression -Anxiety -Bipolar Disorder -Suicidal tendencies *This story is based on personal experiences and to support those with mental illness because you will be okay! You will be happy! One day, you will be more than okay!*
