Karlheinz has a 4th wife. Since he was gone so much he had business in America and married a witch. After they got married she was soon pregnant with twins and a year and a half afterwards his sister in law had a daughter they named Jessica aka Jessa. She was basically being raised by both him and his wife by the time she was 1. His wife had triplets and Jessa grew up with them as brother figures. He absolutely loves Jessa. He was a bit more active in his new sons' life. When his new family turns 16/17/18 he has them move in with his other sons (obviously they bring her with them) and she isn't about to let her cousins and their half brothers fight (especially the way the other 6 Sakamakis fight she WILL kick their ass for that shit).
