Deux ans après Yumeiro Pâtissière, Amano Ichigo revient de Paris où elle a passé ces deux ans à travailler dans une pâtisserie française. Sûre de retrouver ses amis en rentrant au Japon, elle est surprise d'apprendre que l'équipe Ichigo soit séparé et que Satsuki Hanabusa et Sennosuke Andou aient quitté l'école Sainte Marie pour poursuivre leurs rêves. Makoto Kashino de son côté est passé en deuxième année et se retrouve par conséquent séparé d'Ichigo. Cette dernière est à nouveau dans le groupe A, accompagnée de Yamagishi Lemon, Katou Rumi et Johnny McBeal. Henri Lucas va également confier à Ichigo, Kashino, Lemon et Johnny un projet qui consisterait à aménager un petit village en une ville emplie de pâtisseries.
