The characters of v3 are in their normal days of highschool. One day, their teacher told them about DICE, an organization of eleven members that kills people and do evil thing. There are four of the students that are the "bosses" for search about this organization or try to catch their leader or a member of the organization. Will Kokichi renounce to DICE? Ouma, former supreme leader turned undercover detective (by Shuichi, of course), got his cover blown and was ambushed and killed by a loyal henchman after bringing down the mafia boss in a fierce battle.
