Seiji Chikage a girl who was the childhood best friend of Yuri Katsuki who was forced to move with her parents to Kazakhstan is now moving back in Japan. She also did major damage while ice skating with her friend Yuri at the of 9. Its taken 4 very long surgeries on each leg to repair them. Seiji was allowed to start walking again at the age of 15.
