When Yuri is dragged into a bakery by his best friend after their yoga class, he doesn't expect to like the desserts it makes, and he really doesn't expect to humiliate himself in front of the bakery's hot, if inexpressive, proprietor. But as he returns to the bakery, he finds that the proprietor isn't actually made of stone, and, incredibly, seems to like Yuri. But Yuri has a surprise up his sleeve, and, eventually, Otabek will, too. That's what life's all about, though, right? Surprise? When Yuri is dragged into a bakery by his best friend after their yoga class, he doesn't expect to meet the man he'll grow to love, nor does he expect to find his future in the confines of the tiny, homey shop. To just be naturally gifted without trying. To exceed expectations without even setting any. How unrealistic. Irina Urusova had learnt to skate before she could even walk or talk. Considered to be one of Russia's best, it was expected that the prodigy would one day take lead of the world in ice skating. But being a prodigy can only take you to an extent. UPDATE: It's been years since I've updated this but after reviewing, there are so many things to work on. So, while the story remains on Wattpad for now, I'll be editing the few chapters I've already written.
