There is a time gap in COG between the events at the Père-Lachaise cemetery and the moment the party appeared at the Hogwarts bridge. I was triggered by a deleted scene of COG ('the croissant scene') where Newt and Tina were exchanging looks and acted like.... something had happened between them..... things we didn't see on screen, but definately gave their romance a little more certainty. This video inspired me to create this short story, which fills that particular gap. Is it possible the following events took place...? While in prison, Yusuf interpreted the dreams of two of the prison guards, which led to his release and appointment as vizier. When a famine struck Egypt, Yusuf's brothers came to buy grain, and he was able to reunite with them and forgive them for what they had done.
