In the distant future war has brought humanity to the brink of collapse, as the planet recovers scientists work to create the next weapon that will ensure their country's survival. In Japan, the creation of Machs, cybernetic suits, and weaponry is the answer. Masato wants to use the devices to reshape the world, Nori wants the Machs for ultimate power, and Hiro wants to destroy the Machs before they can be used as weapons. Getting sucked into a whirlwind of emotions, arguements and foreign feelings; Leiko tries to desperately escape, but something holds her back.
