Mark feels like Yuta is underrated and that he needs more attention. He is also the singer's most dedicated and best fanboy, so when followers are 'stolen' from his ultimate bias because his label is incompetent with their marketing techniques, Mark decides that the best course of action is to become an idol himself - to promote the under appreciated talent that is Nakamoto Yuta (that he is maybe also a tiny bit in love with). Mark, the new guy, misses his boyfriend Haechan. So he secretly applied to the same college to be with him. He surprises Haechan but figures out that they aren't dorm mates. Mark and Yuta, the rebellious guy of the school, are roommates and Winwin, the charming prince of the school, rooms with Haechan. But one day Yuta and Mark were actually catching feelings for each other one night, and Winwin and Haechan find out. So they get revenge but with a little twist.

Everyone received their soulmate mark on their 18th birthday. It was just your soulmate's name written in their handwriting above your heart, but it allowed you to see who is your other half. Usually, this resulted in an easy relationship with the promise to spend the rest of your life together, but Yuta had his and is too scared to tell Mark, his soulmate.
