Bonnie is a young girl who loves to bake. When she moved to the town of Willowbrook, she came there for culinary school and has a dream of opening a bakery of her own. She lives in a large suburban house with her 2 dogs named Cotton and Cocoa. One night while out on a night stroll, Bonnie meets Alphonse, a tough guy with a tender heart and sweet tooth. The two became friends and later became lovers. Months later after they became a couple, Bonnie is waiting for Alphonse at a local tavern when suddenly, she meets a country bad boy named Seth, who is revealed to be Alphonse's ex. Of course, Alphonse isn't very happy that Seth came back. After the talk, Bonnie starts to ask the boys about their relationship separately and after that, she decides to mend it instead of leaving it open. Now, Bonnie must fix Alphonse and Seth's relationship and learn the hardships of love all while defending themselves from a pack of goons, who are led by a mob boss named Derek. And from that moment, they instantly know that their lives are about to change from this one meeting with the pastel stranger.
