She wasn't entirely human anymore, but she wasn't a wolf either. She was something in between. Dr. Bellum's experimentation program eventually came to an end after the V.I.L.E. faculty intervened. Too many students had died in the process, and the losses had become impossible to ignore. The project was shut down before any more subjects could be taken. That left the wolf girl as the first-and only-successful experiment ever created.
