Zim can't move on. Even ten years after he was first assigned planet Earth, he still has yet to claim it for the Empire. He knows he can be a great Invader, if it weren't for all these distractions. It doesn't help that the Tallest have been ignoring his transmissions ever since the Florpus hole, and Zim is this close to turning mopey again. But a transmission from the Massive, a surprise exile, a civil war, and Zim's own pak may just change this unending loop of failure forever. And, oh, is Zim ready for change. After The Florpus Incident,Zim finds out an alien species that have caused the Irkens problems for eons are living on earth. Zim goes to Beach City to see that these enemies are to be destroyed. But when Dib and a new addition to his family follow Zim to Beach City, it's up to them and the Crystal Gem's to stop Zim. ⚠️DISCLAIMER⚠️ I Don't own Steven Universe or Invader Zim or the characters.

Zim finds out that the Tallests wanted him dead. So he comes to Dib to team up with him to start a revolution against them to overthrow the throne and to make a new, and better empire. Dib decides that he can use this to his advantage to prove to everyone that he, is in fact, an alien. As they both work together, they start building a better friendship and turn from enemies to friends. Will it stay for long though?

Basically, Zim does things a little bit better than how he did canotically-or he actually thinks his stuff through instead of winging it. He has a hologram disguise, and so does Gir. His house looks more like a house, and not even Dib sees him as an alien. Dib knows there's an alien, he just knows him as JIM and doesn't know Zim is the alien. Due to an unlikely turn of events, Zim falsely befriends Dib for a diabolical plan to get what he wants... But as we all know, those kind of things can backfire easily, and it does... In the best way. Chaos ensues as Zim trys to avoid getting outed, not just by human kind, but his best friend as well... Learning things along the way... Hope you enjoy. Starts out canon, will delve into offroad quickly. I'm an amazing procrastinator, but I love this idea. Don't be surprised if it never gets updated. Not a ZADR fic, mostly focusing on found family stuff. I see them more like brothers anyway, but take it as you like.

I will admit, the premise is pretty typical for this fandom, but I'm trying to put some interesting and creative spins on it!

Zim and Dib head to planet irk to attend a celebration for Invader Skoodge but find it was a set up. I ran out of invader Zim content to consume so I've resorted to creating my own. Zim and Dib are highschool freshmen in this, they've become friends. this might be angsty. this was supposed to be a comic but I can't draw very well ekdskkswks. Zim also has an updated/improved disguise.

After the events of Enter the Florpus, both Dib and Zim expect to settle back into their cat and mouse routine. But when Zim gets news from Irk that things have changed, he's left with no real reason to fight except for sheer willpower. And Dib, not wanting to inspire a Peace Day repeat, is trying to figure out how to adjust. And when things take a turn for the worst, will they work together or will spite destory everything they have left?

A crush just when Dib no longer desired life. Zim has to be a stopping point! This Irken who makes him feel flips in his heart. So to fix this problem, Dib has to kill Zim to continue with his little suicide game. Y/N? ODD POV. (DARK ZADR!)

But one day there appears to be a virus in technology in Dib's neighborhood. Dib being Dib, he suspects that Zim is up to something. So, Dib rushes over to Zim's house. Zim was actually surprised to see Dib, but he explains the cause of the virus, and that it is indeed his next evil plan. But by accident, GIR gets the virus too! Zim can't fix this problem alone. So as much as Zim hates to admit it, he needs Dib's help.
